There are a number of Pylon-mounted non-weapons: Ramirez's Fuel Tank, GalDrivePod, Cargo Shepherd, Repair Bots, Reval's Cargo Pods, Resistance Commander's Squadron Command System, et cetera.

Most are understandably classified under other headings, but might there be point in renaming the Pylon Weapons category as Pylonic Weapons/Equipment or some such?

With Resistance Commander's Squadron Command System though, the individual items are never for sale, and my gut feel says they probably shouldn't be visible on the F5 status screen either (even if they are right now), and so it's unnecessary to put them in any category.

With the fuel and cargo-related ones, given we have whole sections for "Fuel" and "Cargo" items, it would make sense to put them there (which is where they land currently, I believe). Splitting them off just makes more sub-categories which kind of defeats the purpose of having categories in the first place.

With the Tracker Mine + Link, I'm leaning towards "Scanners" as the final resting place. But still open to opinions.

А остальное на ваше усмотрение)
По F5 всё хорошо. По F3 даже только с одним русификатором выводятся пустые пункты, думаю это не важно. Пусть так будет.

То что отмечено красным. Расширение грузового отсека, Противоракетная система, Спасательная капсула, Сканер червоточин, Стыковочный компьютер, Галактический гиперпривод, Топливные инжекторы, Рудный процессор...
Это ещё не всё. Однако странно, сюда попало в основном классическое оборудование OOlite, а из добавленного дополнениями всего несколько штук.

It's harder to control what appears on the F3 page. I feel that headers with no entries is OK on that page - it lets you know *something* might be there at another time/location.

Those items seem like they're from the "Sell Equipment" OXP from Commander McLane, which should all be covered in various section. If they're all grouped in General/Misc then something else is in play. I'll have to dig deeper.

I would like my new emergency shields to be listed under shields .
Their EQ naming is not yet finalised, so it's prob better if I do that with an equipment-overrides.plist in the oxp for them.

It will be hard to maintain if you put the overrides into your own OXP. The program I use to compile the list will renumber all the entries in the list each time I run it. So If you put a number in today, in a month the numbers could change and it will end up moving in the list. I can put a placeholder entry in for now, putting it at the top of the Shields section. Once you finalise the names, I'll update it and put it in the correct spot.

The numbers in the header are important for the program that compiles the list. Basically, they're defining where each section will appear on the F3 screen, and on the F5 screen.

What are the equipment keys for the last two? I got EQ_EFS and EQ_EAS from your repository, but it doesn't have the second 2.

They are intended to make it possible to stack additonal emergency shields as suggested by cbr .

Using a condition script I can change (increase susbtantially) the price , but not the cargo space required .

The first emergency shields have no cargo space requirement, every one above that requires 2 TC per shield.

The code for that is not yet functional, but I've named them EQ_EFS_EXTRA and EQ_AFS_EXTRA for now.
