Some fabulous scenes here. The characters' interactions feel very 'right'.

I spent a *lot* of time tweaking the dialogue for each character to make sure they were distinct and memorable.

For example, when confused/thinking hard:

1. Coyote tends to narrow his eyes and nod almost imperceptably
2. Derik will come out with a loud "Say what?"
3. Rebecca will bite her lower lip
4. Daddyhoggy will likely argue the point
5. Udian will likely already have an answer, not that he's telling...

Not long until 'Finis' now... in fact, just 18 days!

I finally got around to reading this! Man, I don't know what kept me. So many awesome characters so little time. I havn't laughed out loud while reading a story in a VERY long time, but Cpt. Hesperus and Daddyhoggy had me rolling!

Great stuff.
