A couple of ideas that you might like to think about :)

Move the bar to the opposite side of the planet from the witchpoint. This will stop it making anarchies an easier trading destination and make it harder to reach just to make a quick Credit.

Increase the variation in the spacebar shipyard so that only a few have high tech levels. Thus you will need to find the correct bar to have repairs made to damaged equipment.

The Spacebar being very far away interferes with the occasional fight that awaits you. If you get there after a 6LY jump, its nice to have at least some injector fuel left. If you use that remaining fuel to get there and fight hordes of pirates on the way, you will be helpless. Even if RH now re-fuels you, you don't always get close enough for docking and relaunch.

Hell, what's wrong with earning money??

I thought about that too, but discarded the idea quite quickly. The position serves the main function, offering random hits, just fine. It's just the market that needs a little rethinking.

High TL shipyard makes sense as in my thinking these are also garages for bounty hunters and as such should offer repairing services. If something need to be done about it, then limiting the shipyard for clean bounty hunters with some standing would be the way to go. That way the occasional trader would not benefit from the high TL shipyard. Limiting would also give some more character to the Bar.

Actually Provost is better than Sheriff so you've just been promoted. If you really were Provost in the beginning, then there is a problem somewhere. For reference, titles in order are:
Outsider
Recruit
Vigilante
Bailiff
Deputy
Tracker
Hunter
Sheriff
Provost
Marshal
Enforcer
Executioner
Judge
"Great One"

Ah, thanks. I may have mistaken this, I think I was a Bailiff, but I killed a Provost once, hence the familiarity with that name.
Sorry for the confusion.
(I've never heard the words Bailiff or Provost before...)

Update to version 1.10.

* View long range map in mission offer screens. Thanks to ralph_hh for suggesting.
* Fixed escorts to escort_roles and added some variation to the number of escorts. This was a little broken when like_shipping.
* pirate-victim-roles.plist changed to role-categories.plist.

Small typo in descriptions.plist, line 2177: should be "strategy," instead of "stratergy,".

Thanks for reporting. I thought I had already fixed that one :( . One question, have you just dealt with revenge? And is that warning from a screen after docking or communication from another ship?

Thanks for the typo report also. It'll be fixed in the next version.

No - the revenge was a bit later (3 jumps later AFAIR)

This is from a screen after docking. But the same happens with communications from another ship (happened 1 jump later).

Version 1.10.1 is up.

* Typo corrected from descriptions.plist.
* Revenge description expansion bug most likely fixed :mrgreen: . Please keep on reporting if it still happens. One successful hit is required to reset it if it's currently happening. After that, the bug should be gone. I hope.
* If mission instructions happens to bee too wide, plain ship name is used. Random ship names can sometimes be very long.
