My guess is that it is the name of a 10th level spell from the Elite RPG:
Accurisation (10th level, 20 spell points, lasts until broken): By casting this spell the caster is able to fit 5%/level more cargo into the cargo bay of a ship.

It's a general term for "making things accurate". Whether that be ranged weaponry or (in my experience), making a model look more like the real thing. "Accurising kits" are available for most commercially available plastic model kits on the market.
That does look lovely, am I right in thinking you'll be able to fast forward/rewind time whilst using this screen so you can see all the stuff orbit about?

Passenger ships/luxury yachts - there's something I don't like about them, which I can't quite put my finger on.
Something almost Jobsian about them, perhaps - or maybe I'm just grumpy today!
