I'm the exact same situation concerning my Foundation and Robot -novels as DaddyHoggy, so I have to rely on my (nowadays increasingly faulty) memory...

I recently discovered Alastair Reynolds - Diamond Dogs, Turquoise Days to be precise (two vaguely related novellas wrapped up in a single cover) - his style is excellent and I will be adding other titles that exist within his Revelation Space Universe to my book collection.Lucidor wrote:I haven't read a thing by Alastair Reynolds. Ooh I know! She is killed by robot sandworms on Mars that shouldn't be there- (at that spot, at least) it was a set-up to derail peacetalks.
