They're bloody furious whenever I've met 'em!Disembodied wrote:And maybe Thargoids could be wild ...
That could work ... all the ships in plan view, from above, solid colour with thin white lines for the edges: a black Cobra III pointing up, for Spades; a red Moray Starboat, pointing up, for Hearts; a red Python, pointing up, for Diamonds; and a black Boa, pointing down, for Clubs.Cody wrote:If you're gonna use ships, surely it'd be better to stick to the core set - and I'd suggest the Boa.
Love love love the idea.Disembodied wrote:That could work ... all the ships in plan view, from above, solid colour with thin white lines for the edges: a black Cobra III pointing up, for Spades; a red Moray Starboat, pointing up, for Hearts; a red Python, pointing up, for Diamonds; and a black Boa, pointing down, for Clubs.
I would swap the cobra and the viper; viper pointing upward, cobra pointing downward. And not think too much about how they equate to spades, hearts, clubs & diamonds, remembering they are an English speaking convention only and others here would know different card suits.CaptSolo wrote:Other submissions are more than welcome. My couple of cents would be to point the Python up and the Gecko down. Or change the Gecko to a Moray boat pointing up. But if shapes need to be very different because traditional suit shapes need not be followed, then use a worm or transporter as the 'clubs'.Wildeblood wrote:I would swap the cobra and the viper; viper pointing upward, cobra pointing downward.
