A more darkened specular color and a less contrast in the gloss, bottom one has a different normal map too...
Are you making the Golden series?
I was until I saw those Mac Plists...

Painting / coloring the diffuse map while reducing the gloss value ( stored alpha ) in those areas.

The Naval version has the blacker bodywork and 138th decals. i wish there was a dedicated Naval role, i seem to be getting a lot of Vampires showing up as police and my lore is that the cops and II don't exactly see eye to eye.

You can use scan class military and another AI, route patrol, maybe.
Scars remind us where we've been. They don't have to dictate where we're going.
