To avoid spamming the 1.77 tread, I continue in this old one:

I just noticed that while a thumbs-up-button would be nice, a poll ("do you like the new version?") would do the trick, too!

<chortles> No... spare us the buttons and polls!

I never understood the like button at all. Imagine, I would write here that my brother died today and I added a thumbs-up-button to it.

What does thumbs-up mean:
A) I want to give you my sympathy.
B) I like that your brother died.

So, a single button can easy be misunderstood.
