same here. Several old hdds, cdrw backups etc... I already found different textures for the Bug and now the Wolf this way. But seemingly I lacked Griff's fullsize oxps... So, the finding in your "archive" is a really great

I have full-size versions of his Dodo and Coriolis stations from June 2012 too, if you need them.

not sure if I need them (I think they weren't changed so much like the ico), but I'd like to have a look... I think there was a cori with a cleaner texture as well. If you could put it online somewhere, this would be awesome.

Griff's Wolf MkII is a lovely ship, btw - the only one that's ever tempted me to switch from my Cobra MkIII (apart from the Constrictor Special, perhaps).

Hej,
just updated the noshaders stations expansions and uploaded a new additional Griff's alternate stations package with two more variations of the core icosahedron and rock hermit.
The Z_Groovy station resources and the respective Z_Groovy stations addon config bundle was updated and now also provides Dertien's (beta) Icosahedron in the same design of his Tetrahedron Depot and Octahedron Outpost and the Griff Coriolis.
The fullsize stations bundle has drop-in high resolution textures for all core stations (coriolis, dodecahedron and orange icosahedron).
Optional noshader packages like the alternate stations and Z_Groovy SML-Stations are supported when installed, too. Beware it's a huge download.
All stations packages can be combined, so if you install all of them then your Ooniverse will be populated with variants of 2 Tetrahedron-, 2 Octahedron-, 2 Coriolis-, 2 Dodecahedrons-, 4 Icosahedron stations and 2 rock hermits.

thanks, redspear. I'm currently playing around with probabilities... Atm the extra stations are much rarer than the default ones. Not sure whether they should be much more frequent.
Other than that. I'm looking into Staer9's shipset and wonder if I should convert them back. And I'm reorganizing my box account yet again.

Hej,
staer9 (thanks a lot!) was so kind to give me permission to work on his ships for the noshaders extra ships. I made a test upload of his Salamander to my box account, for anyone interested in giving it a try. Here's a quick shot:
in other news, I'm updating all packages to be Oolite v1.81 compatible, especially Z_GrOovy's stations and the Viper raiders, so new uploads will be slower now.
anyway, have a nice christmas time.

It would be super cool if after your hard work with the no shader versions of Staer9 ships someone could make an update for the shader versions too and put it to the manager.

Concerning the noshaders Salamander I had to fix a bug I introduced in its shipyard.plist preventing it to appear and had to update the oxp. (sorry :-\)

It seems that Keeper's been busy with other stuff for a while as he has not been a round, so I guess there's little hope that an oxz version is coming from him very soon.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the shaders, but the roling needs to be checked with thought, shipdata needs to be cleaned and ships need rebalancing. Keeper did some work with the new roles and weights, but it looks a bit unfinished. Shipdata really needs cleaning up as it's a result of at least three (?) different authors from a range of time. And finally ships with twin lasers are overpowered and need to be seriously toned down. Military lasers should be downgraded and accuracies removed, let the game handle them. There might be more issues, but these are from the top of my head.
