Maybe the game should cancel the download automatically if the manifest is missing/corrupt?
It does. I tried multiple times earlier and each time I was getting the notification that the download has failed, with option to return to menu.

Because of the way the ZIP format works, we can't cancel the download any earlier than that if the manifest is unsuitable - you need the entire ZIP file to be able to extract any contents of it.

Well, all I saw was Unknown of Unknown for ages and I never got any notification that the download failed.

Unknown in the first means "no bytes successfully downloaded"
Unknown in the second means "the size of this download is uncertain"

It should stop doing that as soon as it actually starts receiving data from the server, though.

If you enable oxz.manager.debug in your logcontrol.plist you'll get a lot more information on what's going on when it tries to download in your Latest.log, which might help work out what's going on here.

Same here. Attempting to download BGS pops up the message that the download has failed

Looks like a problem with the uploaded file to be honest, other OXPs download and show downloaded percentage normally.
According to Norby, the BGS hosting server is offline. That would tend to explain the difficulties.

In Game Options/View Keyboard Configuration the line of Docking music is marked with red background. This is the same line where I selected the config item in the previous screen.

I can not set the equipment fast activation keys in interfaces.

Could I ask a writable player.ship.missilesOnline? I have an idea for a request if this is possible.

I'm afraid not for 1.82, Norby. This branch is already closed for features. We can certainly look at it after the release.

We've fixed a few issues that occurred when playing the game with either a very wide or very narrow window. For example, the rotating ship on the start screen used to fill the whole screen if the window had a very wide aspect ratio, but it should now keep size with the GUI elements, and similarly for the planet on the system info screen.

If you see any issues cropping up because of this, holler.

Fixed. Thanks for reporting.

I can't duplicate this. If I load a save game with primable equipment fitted, the interface works as expected here. Could you give more detail, please.

You are right, I missed it using a new Jameson.

Ships seem to be slipping out of their target reticles again.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Can you be more specific about this? I tried on three different FOVs (32, 65 and 80 deg) and cannot notice any problem. Please provide the following information:
- Ship type you noticed the problem with
- Screen resolution
- FOV setting

I have pics of several ships - here and here; screen resolution is 1280x1024 (fullscreen); FOV setting should be the default in this morning's morningly.

@Cody: Nevermind, confirmed. It happens with game window sizes with aspect ratios less than 4:3.

Slippery reticles on aspect ratios less than 4:3 fixed with commit 9d1cb42.
