It is the standard Asp Mk II, dressed up with Griff's normal and my specular+gloss maps.

That's a Zieman Habitat - dockable eye-candy! If you can't find it due to manager/wiki problems, grab it here.

Otherwise it is included in Dockables: Stations for Extra Planets - Stations, which is a collection of several earlier .oxp's such as Zieman, PAGroove's etc.
