Possibly the longest ship in SF is "the Stone", from Greg Bear's Eon. The ship is a hollowed-out asteroid, some 290km along its long axis, and divided internally into seven chambers. The seventh chamber opens into a pocket universe, which may itself be infinitely long.

apologies for being away gentlemen.
i think we should limit it to i answer per reply. So i am counting 2 or three answers on a post as one... otherwise it goes too fast someone could answer all 5 in 1 post and ruin the fun for the rest.

so in my arbitrary and dictatorial way i as commander of the Slipper Kipper Flipper spaceship thingo ( go back 100 or so pages to get the ongoing joke) , am awarding victory and handing over the reins of this wonderful vessel to Big D...

your going to have to skim as she is almost out of fuel and i think the left injector is blocked... been going in circles for a long tome now.....
Arthur: OK. Leave this to me. I'm British. I know how to queue.
OR i could go with
Arthur Dent: I always said there was something fundamentally wrong with the universe.

Oh help ... have we done tiny spaceships yet? Can we have five really small (from a human perspective, anyway: let's say, a maximum of 2.5m along the longest axis) spacecraft, which are still capable of carrying at least one passenger.* Usual rules: one per universe/author, etc.

* For a given definition of "passenger": some kind of conscious, intelligent entity, anyway.

The G'Gugvuntt ships (and, of course, the ships of their old enemies, now allies, the Vl'Hurgs) would count: that's one!

The living flying saucers from the film Batteries Not Included. the largest is less than a meter across, the babies are literally saucer sized. They are conscious intelligent entities.

Perfectly acceptable: that makes two.

Also acceptable (and may provide a clue to a couple of similar ships): two to go!

Danger Mouse had a mouse-sized spaceship, seen in the episode "Custard". This was back in the days of the original series when he was actually mouse sized, not the remake where he appears to be human sized. My guess is the ship is pretty small, say 20-30 cm long. It's shown flying through the slot of a letterbox, but I think that it would probably be a little too big with the rear fin.

Hmm... is it canonical? I mean, there are various pictures online of Marvin in a tiny ship, but in all the actual cartoons I can find his ship(s) seem to be substantially bigger. I'm happy to accept it if you can find me a picture, though.

There is a ship from another, much more recent, cartoon SF series, which would definitely fit the bill.
