Cheers, Doc -- glad you like them! I'm still not sure what the bird advert is for... egg insurance, possibly.
It's been pretty hectic in bad old Real Life(TM) of late but hopefully I can get some more ads done soon. I also hit a creative block -- but then realised that the mini ads you used to get in the back of comics were a good source for inspiration: can anyone can think up a good parody of Sea Monkeys (Space Monkeys?)?

I plan on scripting the ability to purchase war bonds at Sector Command Stations for the final release of my OXP. So a couple advertisements for them might be fitting if anyone was so graphically inclined. Something like "Support the War Effort! Buy Galactic Navy Victory Bonds Today!" I love reading the old propaganda/recruitment/war bond posters from the first two world wars. Some of the best ads ever made. They rank right behind the Budweiser frogs

Cheers, guys -- although to be honest I wasn't very satisfied with the "Invest in Victory" one. It's a bit drab, and a friend pointed out to me that it looks a bit like the ship is sinking by the nose... so I did a second version:
I liked the font from the "Keep Us Flying" ad -- Berthold City -- as it has a good propaganda-ish feel to it. And since both ads are for the same thing it made sense to have a corporate image to them (and to call the bonds the same thing in both ads!).
Am I taking this too seriously? Do I have too much time on my hands? Answers on a postcard please...

Just keep the good work coming, Disembodied.
@others: Don't let his work scare you - this OXP has room for work of varying quality

Love the revision Disembodied!!
I could have worked for a week on that ad and still not have come anywhere close to your final product. Your work actually looks better than what I envisioned in my head. Thanks for taking on the project
