But concerning the forum limitation, would you know who is responsible for those settings? I would be happy to PM them about it.

Giles, the M&C, is the forum owner. Bear in mind that the forum software is currently a little flaky due to a faulty auto-upgrade, something which Giles sees as a tricky, and time-consuming, problem to fix. Whether upping image size limits is an easy/feasible thing to do, I know not.

Thanks, I will drop him a message. I would imagine that upping the max resolution should be feasible because the FlightGear forum uses the exact same interface and does not have this limit. Anyway, I will write him and find that out

Update: Aegidian is looking into this and possibly soon the image limit size will be lifted, hurray!
