@Cody
Looking back at your shots, I don't know why, but, I get the feeling that you are more of the 2001: A Space Odyssey - Kubrick kind of style. :)

<chortles> 1968 - almost half a century! I feel old!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

In some ways, the novel is better than the movie.

when has a movie ever been better than the book its based on?

This case (Space Odyssey:2001) is a bit more interesting, since the novel was published shortly after the movie and written concurrently with the movie. I see them as a duo, two art pieces that supplement each other.

Outbound from Aenbi, headed for the Ceraso hub...

I had an aegis-botherer on my six, but when we emerged at Riaronus he changed his mind and veered away - didn't even lock-on.
Probabaly wise - a lone Moray up against Spindrifter wouldn't have stood a chance.

With a very small tweak in the planet shader to increase the intensity of the light reflection:

I already see Cody weeping over all the planet screenshots he took,
pondering how would they look with that tweak! :P :lol:

Very nice! Will it be the default setting when 1.86 will be out?
