Good question … maybe! Edison Carter would have been the safer bet, though.

OK, let's have five works from any source that have aliens AND time travel in the same source material.

I think that this one had also better omit comics and comics-derived sources since they all seem to do this. And only one example from any given source / author, e.g. if Harry Harrison's "The Technicolor Time Machine" had aliens (it doesn't) and you used it as an example, you couldn't use any other work by Harrison.

Star Trek series also had such examples. I'd still come with a movie out of the series, Star Trek First Contact.

Another "fives": big space ships that needed shuttling inside their hulls. Stations (as opposed to ships) and elevators (inside ships) don't count.
One per sci-fi franchise (books, games, movies, TV series, etc.).

Rama was certainly big enough to need internal shuttling, but I don't recall any shuttles.

A Culture General Systems Vehicle can be anywhere up to 200km long, counting all its various field envelopes, and internal shuttles (along with trains, aircraft, and other vehicles) are required.

Lexx had those bug shuttles they flew around inside of Lexx to get to certain areas.
