Given that this will be free downloadable episodes, bet you they will. Would expect BBC to try to cater for as many as possible.

Hey, we have a bet going......

Looking at the graphics, I doubt it very much! Remember I don't have a decent graphics card in this laptop.

Maybe you could start a Kickstarter Campaign to found your £4500 pledge. 8)

Actually my digibox is a pvr  but the Wii makes a pretty good iPlayer
Wii? Sweet. We must have a few rounds of archery some time.
Via Wii Resort? Can that go online? I've tried it on Sonic and Mario at the Winter Olympics...

Sounds like a plan if possible...
I will be doing some tests presently. That said (and this is a long term if) I may need you for a voice acting Dr Who episode, you game?

Well, it all depends. Is this a pre-redered landscape or a generated. Suspect the former, but time will tell. Lets return when we know.

God, I hate not living in the UK anymore. I miss Dr Who (I only get old episodes on BBC entertainment) and Torchwood. (Hmmm, torrent, no, that not allowed, hmmmm) :?

I can actually say I used the "glass of water to detect vibrations" technique from ep2 at work today. It even proved the point I was trying to make, that the tool installed beside the one I'm working on is making mine vibrate and will quite possibly <beep> up it's results.

Sounds interesting - I'm game - not sure why you'd want a nasally northerner (England that is) - but I'm up for it...

Can you not find yourself a proxy server and use the BBC iPlayer?

Have tried. The ones I have found so far are way too slow. Any ideas.

No experience of this to be honest, but others on the forum seem to have managed it... (perhaps they'll wander by)

Perhaps not much help - but an interesting discussion on your exact issue and location!

BBC have made a downloadable pdf of the fab poster from episode3, it's available here:
watch out, the filename might be a bit spoilery and the poster itself definately is -> http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/d1 ... ictory.pdf
