In this case the Snoopers team does not include me - this is all hard graft by Svengali - I didn't even get chance to beta it due to RL(tm) issues. However, in honour of the new system I've started to put together some news items for those of you in G2...

An idea.

Please excuse me if this has been thought of and discarded already.

Would it be possible to have a thread on the forum where snoopers can pick up news items and post them in game. This would allow people to post good stories in the game, their latest escapades and failures. OXP makers can even post updates that will show in game. Would have to be able to turn it on and off, but OXPConfig should be able to do that or?

Just a neat idea in my view.

You mean something like YAH subscribtion thread, but for snoopers instead of ads? I'm for it...maybe a few can be from my log, when I get to play Oolite again (had a few busy weeks, but I will resume work soon).

I also need someone to proofread the planet descriptions. Sent a message to Drew on the 7th but got no answer. He hasn't even read the message because it is still in my outbox.

I have made a start, but only a short one - RL(tm) sucks at the moment - my wife is/has been quite poorly - but this and FP2 descriptions could provide some momentary distractions - punt them over and I'll do my best.

Pilot, singular? Snoopers 2.0.1 is online.

A Patch for 2.0 -> 2.0.1 is available too (10.1KB).

The update is only scripting related and fixes missing identifiers in the lookuptable (snoopers.js) and adds a missing check for 'SHADERS_NOT_SUPPORTED'.
