Well, it's true Cmdr Wyvern joined the forum in 2006 and only recently started hunting with us - 36 posts on the "Reporting spam" topic since Jul 04, 2011... but he's been doing it with type of gusto I used to see in the old days!Fatleaf wrote:If it does happen I hope it is few and far between. That I agree with. I wasn't raising an objection to it. It is not a decision that is anything to do with me anyway. I was just stating my opinion that if and when such accolades and honours are given they are well deserved and are rare. Otherwise it looses it's value.Cmdr. I have been hunting for longer, though sporadically. Missed shots and even misidentified targets have been discouraging up till recently.Cmdr. I suspect a botnet has been taken down, or at least been pointed in another direction. For the moment the flood of spammy signups has all but dried up: we're down to two or three a week (from a peak of dozens a day), and most of those don't get past pre-registration.
