@Tichy: Cheers ! I am starting to get the hang out of finding decent color schemes.

@Griff, well thanks to you, they do look nice, the shader is working perfectly, but sometimes the ships have flaws here and there and that needs to be rectified. All in all I am happy with the result. And if you like them too well... Yeah !!!

Your model does look pretty cool.. but sorry, backwards is still backwards..

(hint: that's not the engine-exhaust in the sketches, it's the pilot's cockpit.. just look at which direction it's shooting in the sketch near the bottom.. the x-y-z vectors next to the top-left sketch is a big clue, too..)

, hahaha, balls, no, honestly although it was late, I had no idea. I really like the gnat, the way Griff released it, AND I might just call it the Fanged Tang, sounds very Japanese and manga.

Okay, for the purists on this forum, here goes:

And ... The "old gnat"...which in my opinion is a craft in its own right, not just a Gnat wannabe...

However, since I don't really want to name the ship after a soluble beverage powder, I present to you the Moth (picked Moth, because Fleas don't fly) :
