Ok, here is an in progress shot of my next project, incomplete but a taste of what I am trying with textures and a raytrace rendering engine. The following pic is after 500 passes and 2hrs 45min

Sure, if anyone is interested I can post a Dropbox link to the .skp files, I'm assuming they will have to be converted for use as in game models and may have to be redesigned to reduce some of the detail.
