Ha ha! Priceless, and on the left hand side too, good observation skills there Commander McLane!
I have to confess that I didn't actually care about the side, I placed it just because of the black backdrop.
That's the right hand side of the hat isn't it?

@Drew - Yeah, Sir Humphrey, I got that, it works well! My favourite bit too! ("Define restricted..." - classic) Good luck with Torn.

Got to scene where I wrote a letter last night... Looks like Drew is now committing me to making OXP's. :P

I'll be getting started in the next day or two. (Never knew Drew had a Position on DHI's R&D Steering Committee. :lol )

Yeah, I gave Cheyd all the gilt-edged highly decorate non-equity stock, and settled for just 100% of the common stock. :)

All corrections are up to date, thanks to all the eagle eyed spots there - just awaiting Disembodied's blitz list!

What would be really handy now would be for those of you who've finished the story to give me a pithy single line quote I can use of the on the website and for the rear cover of the paperback version when I make it available...

Eg. the ones from Status Quo looked like this...

"What readers are saying about Status Quo:"

“Fantastic, absolutely spot on. A true work of art!”
“I love it so much!”
“Fantastic work.”
“What a ride!”
“Very nice edge of the seat stuff!”
“One hell of a tale!”
“You’ve still got me hanging on the edge of my seat.”
“Excellent work I really love it!”
“What a great read. Sets the ambience for oolite beautifully.”

Many thanks in advance,

Cheers,

Drew.

Drew, Just downloaded and converted the PDF to text so I can read it on my crappy WinMobile6...wow, that is a decent sized piece of work. Hoping for some train breakdowns on the the way to work so I can have time to read big chunks of it.

Oh and I made my GBP15 donation last night - that's about what a paperback is worth in the shops at the moment isn't it?

Thanks!

There will be a big overlap, I'm sure, with what you've already got. I should get my final list to you later today.

"Drew, like his stories, get better with every iteration. Incursio is a real story where the reader will feel the emotional highs and lows of the characters in the story. The fact that this just happens to be an Oolite inspired work of fiction is simply a bonus."

Finally got internet again, so can inform you that when I finished on Saturday I was rather pissed off. I've got to wait another 6 months!? You torment me, sir! An excellent read - the "Oolite Saga" flies from strength to strength!
