Re: Screenshots
Thanks... I was lucky.. I jumped into Atriso/G1 on a cargo run from Sotiqu and had this sight.

Re: Screenshots
Something a little less romantic:
Arriving in Xeines system (Sector 3) after a 6.8 LJ jump from Razari with two contracts in the 5 digit range and several others. I counted about 30 assassins! I actually survived this by spiralling all the way to the station, where they broke off the attack. During the journey they had decimated themselves to about 20 by occasionally shooting at each other (probably because of accidental hits).

"You wouldn't kill me just for a few credits, would you?" – "No, I'll do it just for the fun!"

I bet that guy in the yellow ship needs a new pair of trousers!

(Took me some time to actually get it... I was just sitting here, thinking: ' wut? That's gross, why did he link that?'
Then it hit me , iron, rust...

The urban dictionary is a cesspit!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills

Xeines is a horrible assassin nest. The better route between top left and bottom right is through Qurexein. Only a monarchy and shorter jump.Fritz wrote:Arriving in Xeines system (Sector 3) after a 6.8 LJ jump from Razari with two contracts in the 5 digit range and several others. By jumping from Maer you can arrive with 1ly of fuel, that should certainly suffice to put a little distance between you and all of the assassins and drop a q-bomb in order to force all of them to simultaneously flee to the other side - away from you. Then head for the sun or station.

It was the second time I've passed Xeines from right to left. The first time was on the Thargoid plans mission, carrying some additional contracts, and it had been much easier: The Thargoids kept the assassins busy and vice versa, and I could simply sneak out of the furball!

Having been delving through my archive just now, I found this massive explosion from Smivs' Xeptatl's Sword - the defiant demise of HIMS Thunder Child...
For reference, I believe that Thargoid Saucer is about 6km in diameter!

H.G. Wells - War of the worlds wrote:When the smoke cleared, the little steamer had reached the misty horizon, and Carrie was safe. But the Thunderchild had vanished forever, taking with her man's last hope of victory. The leaden sky was lit by green flashes, cylinder following cylinder, and no one and nothing was left now to fight them. The earth belonged to the Martians.
Martians: Ulla!
