I like variety in my ooniverse. PAGroove's GASECBlue Dodo and Metaforce Coriolis, normalmapped and new shaders:

And the double Torus at Onrira with all new textures, more and smaller lights as the original glows were much too large for a station this size:

Much improved, is that Torus station - it looks great in-game!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Looks great Capt. Solo! Improves the original. BTW I'm making BGS tunnels for all P.A.G. Stations.
I have 4 new tunnels at the moment.

How about a value in the speed bar?

Need Oolite 1.81, [wiki]CombatMFD[/wiki] 1.8 and a few new lines in your hud.plist to display the drawCustomText dial using data_source="combatSpeed".

You can try it if you select Original HUD in [wiki]HUDSelector[/wiki] 1.7.

I am sure I can't get more: 16 is the maximum allowed for player ships. ;)

A very tasty-looking Boa, is The Arbiter or the Jackdaw - I encountered it loitering near a deepspace rock hermit.

Almost worth gutting, you'd think. However, its Captain is a fugitive and a pirate boss - if I'd laid one beam on that ship, I'd have been toast! You see, behind me were about a dozen assorted ships - his raiding squadron. They let me fly around with them while they got themselves organised, then they all jumped to Tiared to raid the 'lanes. I watched them go through the wormhole, then followed. Unfortunately, witchpoint space at Tiared was deserted - so they turned on me. I was toast!

To say nothing of all those energy banks..

Norby, what on earth are you flying there?
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

The ship was not important in my test so I simply loaded my first savegame and the alphabetical order selected a huge [wiki]Andromeda[/wiki].

@ Norby  as I have now become an occasional lurker, I had a look at your wikipage.... I'm mightily impressed by your OXPs, Norby!

Thank you! I was a similar feeling in the beginning when I ordered the [EliteWiki] OXP List by authors to see the most productive members. I remember when I checked Thargoid's wiki page I got a sudden thought: if I can use some spare time periodically in the next few years then I can have a similar nice list once, which was an additional motivation to start a new hobby called to OXP making. So thank you for the confirmation that my page reached this goal and I must tell that I am very impressed by the hard work of all other authors also.
