This one seems genuine in many ways. A few things are a bit off though.
If I'm wrong, my humblest apologies
No hits on SFS, and no hits on google (Last one a bit strange)
ICQ profile seems OK, but it would be one of the first genuine users with an ICQ profile in a long time.
Name is odd, but that might be attributable to his country of origin, Croatia.

Looks like the RECAPTHCA thing worked, I can tell there have been more spammers lately. I think we're keeping them under control.

El Viejo is doing amazing job, I've just been through the Admin log, it's a sight to behold, he's been hacking and slashing his way through your tagging all day (and then some).
Congrats to the taggers, keep up the good work, we couldn't do it without you.
And yes, we're definitely much busier, and yes, for the moment, we're on top of it...

Spam, WE DON'T LIKE YOU! If only they would just stop. I could rest easier knowing the BB isn't being invaded.
Just think about the spammers deleted while in the act of spamming, or logging on after the bot made his account.
