ok clue 3; trying not to give it away completely ... the first part of the clue was "clean sweep" so the end of that is sweep....
add that to the rest of the clue and get your google fu on...lol

the captain has it... a sweep filter gives the phaser sound ... set Phasers to Stun capt... lol
ok no more cryptic clues from me.. i dont understand them correctly..
