Username is suspicious, just check out Incete and Monson on Wikipedia. Worth watching:

On a scale of one to ten, with ten being "this is spam, nuke it!", I say this is a 4. I'm reasonably suspicious...

*pfft*, That spammer isn't trying hard enough. No need to check SFS for this one, it's soooooo obvious!

Anybody have any idea why the same thing was posted twice (two
and three post above), at the same time, and I can't delete it?

Web site link is a Russian travel site and it actually links to an XML-file. (Script probably srewed up when making the profile.)
From Kuwait, with Russian website and mix of Cyrillic and Latin letters.
Safe to kill.

Decloaker. (I have checked several times after it's joining date/time)
Anyone know how the bots actually do that.

Right enough, it joined yesterday morning. I don't know: presumably there's an option when you join not to make yourself public. It's new to php3; I imagine it's there for the cripplingly shy and a certain flavour of spambot. If we can turn it off, I'd be in favour. I haven't seen a single non-spam decloaker yet.

Ah, never though of that functionality being the possible culprit. I agree, turn it off.
