box.net access issues (possible solution found)

Oh I am... but it's got me foxed. I've tried just about everything I can think of, involving browser, AV, firewall and router.
Luckily, I don't need to download large files from box.net... the speed I'm getting is so slow, about a tenth of what it should be.

Just updated my Firefox to 3.6.6 and got a full speed download from box.net (no 'cn' needed), for the first time in weeks.
Coincidence? Maybe...
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
