Why thank you, but please don't misunderstand me.
That's good, CA... replying to a year-old post.

I still find the descriptions of space combat the hardest part of writing Oofic... I may well seek your help and advice, but the writing is on the back-burner atm, as I have loads to catch-up on and I need some quality time in Rolling Thunder. Playing 'the game' seems to drive the writing, and I haven't played at all in the last month or so.

There is a school of philosophical thought that postulates the nature of higher sentience is memory. Without which one simply reacts with intelligence devoid of wisdom. Without memory patterns are merely of the moment instead of examples of a wider truth. So, if my response seems lax, then (with this premise in mind) it could be argued that I am merely indulging in some lightly egotistical sentience.

I know how you feel, I too need to find some time to re-engage in the "great game" with a chunk of keyboard time. It's finding time that's the kicker.

As a person who very rarely reads fiction of any kind, I enjoyed this read very much. El Viejo is a good writer and can spin a good tale. Even though his choice of profession may be open to question his ability to write isn't.

Well done.

Warning! Stock tissues and lots of them when (not "if") you read this tale.
The characters will become like good friends and their tales will send you through an emotional rollercoaster ride.

PS: We want more!

Totally agree with Wyvern- only just read this last night- loved it! Made me want to listen to some Grateful Dead n Led Zep;-). Gave up the colitas some years back, though;-). Coyote is a superb creation.

Excellent! With this and Finis coming up, we've got some great stuff to look forward to over those autumn/winter months - or summer, for the antipodean eliters! (you lucky folk! :wink: )

<grins fiendishly>

The forthcoming Coyote’s Run OXP, brought to you by Skunkworks Productions, will hopefully be ready for release shortly.
Like all good epic productions, it’s running behind schedule and well over budget… watch this space!

Just got around to reading this! Most excellent! The characters are all VERY well done, and the overall plot kept me guessing. :) Very good stuff!
