Greetings humans,

Small and simple question. The wiki says this one needs the "Pirate Clan One" OXP, but it's not on the list. Where does a simple alien find this, or has it morphed into something else?

Cmdr James has already answered one half of the question, the other half is that it seems indeed to have morphed into something else - it is also available under the names "Blitzspear Clan" and "AAACrooks".

Humans are not as logical and ordered as Thargoids are, so excuse this bawling up the wrong tree of edible poet surgery, if my Thargon serves me right ... ever since great Chairman Charlie had my fear glands removed to fly this ... ship ... it all goes weird ... eat helpful grub!

Hope that helps :P

Another couple pics for the photo album ... did I mention that I just love Charlie`s Condors?

One coming out of the station ...

... and me, on the wrong side of the law again - Condor system vessel firing with all turrets and the rocket thrower ...

Greetings Commanders,

Gratitudes and thanks. In theory it helps, although the link seems to be having some problems itself. Either the page doesn't load, or the download from it doesn't. Maybe some problems on Thargnet, or some fugitive has shot one of our witchpoint satellites again...

@Stromboli - welcome to the Forums. We're very friendly here, so, nothing to apologise for.

Cool.

Well, I suppose for an introduction, I'll just say that my friend used to be play Oolite, so I've known about it for a year or two, but I never bothered trying it out myself. After thinking it looked cool, I decided to give a bunch of the OXPs a spin. 8)

Oh, I have some experience with 3D modeling, as I've started to learn how to use both Blender and Wings. And I'm on a mac!

So I'm happy to be here, and I hope I can contribute somehow.

@Lestradae - I meant to ask which HUD you're using.

The Fighter Hud MkII which you can download here:

I really like its style, also it is very well arranged and practical imo.

Welcome to the board(s)!

Glad you like RS :D - and, by all means, drop off! (the screenshots, that is :) )

@Thargoid:

No, the link Cmdr James posted actually works, it is just organised a bit disorienting ...

You have to scroll down on the page, and there is a little countdown of 10 seconds or so in a strange green colour, after the countdown is finished a download button appears (also down there) and you can download Pirate Clan One/Blitzspear Clan /AAACrooks from there.

As the Realistic Shipyards screenshots seem to convey its atmosphere well, I might have my photographic finger ready for the forseeable future :) - anyone feel free to post screens from the oxp ...

Best served with cooled System Redux, a smattering of Griff`s stations and spiced with Pagroove stations.

Have fun 8)

Greetings,

Did that and did that (when the page actually loaded, which wasn't always) and the link from the download button kept just timing out. I guess I'll just have to try it sometime quiet, like when the Dr Who re-run is on...

Strange, just tried it and it worked.

If you PM me with your email, I`ll just send you a zipped version of my download of Pirate Clan one ...
