Griff did a really nice one for handcooked edible art graduates. It's on the front of billboard 1.

The rest have been filled with johnsmith's blue screen of death as a fitting placeholder for empty slots (it will stay on Billboard 18, back as the others fill up).

I've been working on an edible poet:
After all, who said they were humanoid poets, anyway?
Can they be animated GIFs?

I was just cruising through Raal, looking for some edible poet, when I saw this two-sided billboard. Looks like somebody left a keypad unlocked and a BoyRacer got to it. Punks. Who do they think they're fooling with this 20th-century stuff, anyway?

Wauw! Nineteen already! I expected it to be at least a month before this expansion would be playable as something that added any variety, but with all this creativity it's coming along very fast. Navigational buoys will be looked into shortly (I think the problem was that resizing it down uniformly instead of radially along z simply made the models too thin). I just need to summon the initiative to remap and convert models (a couple of times) to have the mapping flipped right so it just reads the same graphics, since Wings somehow seemed to flip the mapping when I just re-exported the resized models
Thanks for picking so fast up on this one this would be a very boring OXP without your contributions. This is the kind of expansion that benefits from being a co-creation. It gives a kind of variety that it would be hard for a single person to achieve graphically when so many ideas are needed.

I just shot one up (I know, it's against the law). It was interesting how the terascreen is the first thing to go, and it goes on both sides simultaneously. Lots of alloys, I think I will be destrying more!

It is actually possible to take the screens out one at a time. Or so the lab test says
Being at a place where space is constantly warped by incoming traffic some wormhole eddies together with the sudden field configuration change of a large mass turning into several smaller ones (aided by your laser) might have caused the alloys from the Terascreen you shot to pieces to nanowarp through to the other side of the screen hitting it the very same instant (=technobabble attempt).
It's probably because the alloys are created within a given radius when something blows up and then collides with the other screen as it's spinning makes it sweep through them.
---
Someone might also do an ad for preservatives (preferably as tasty as the 21st century versions, so the OXP doesn't end up with any stickers on it). I mean who wants to wake up and discover that they just fertilized 7,000,000 lobstoid eggs the night before - and that in a system with strict laws regarding child support.
And every well travelled commander also knows what category of lethal disease it is that you can catch from an encounter with a Fierce Blue Bug-Eyed Lobster lady in the Biinceor system.

Yes I would
I've been a-fiddling ( XML driving me crackers ) so only just noticed this thread.
Great Idea!
I would be very happy if you would consider the add's I've already posted for inclusion.
They need resizing I guess.

Hi.
Sounds good. I was wondering why there were no ship ads yet - I wouldn't expect any company which involves itself in something like building spaceships to be too modest to promote themselves in 44,017"
Please resize and post the ones you want included here.

How about some slogans for the communist and dictatorship systems? Or maybe a picture of Our Great Lobstoid Leader in full military dress?
