My understanding of Corporates is based on Imprint.

I thought Italian police cars traditionally had green/white colouring.

But they're Alfa Romeos, not Lamborghinis.

My understanding is that the logos would be of the planetary Corporations, rather than of the planetary governments.

And I'd expect to see them on stations, RHs's, trading fleets and cargo pods.

But I can see the argument for your planetary logos on the local vipers. But perhaps after one has played the game for a bit and GalCop has meanwhile gotten weaker.

The BB-lore-based thesis that the richer goverments fund the increase in viper patrols was the basis of my argument in Redspear's Interceptor thread that the Viper Interceptors should be reserved for the wealthier/safer systems which can afford to fund them.
