On my AppleMac, only the Expansions Manager version (0.7.3) and Massively Locked's latest version (0.6) work properly (but are unfinished). All the other versions are buggy.
I've not really tried this Revival version.
But. This "Life in the Frontier Revival" was supposed to be expanded to replace and incorporate the original 0.7.3 version. It did not happen.
At the moment,
1) BeeTLe BeTHLeHeM has left us three unfinished versions. This one ("Revival" - his second). LitF 0.7.3 (his first - the only one without bugs - thanks to "Norby's" editing) and his 2024/5 version.
2) "Massively Locked's" v.0.06 - not buggy but with anti-immersive menus for testing it.
3) "Phkb's" v.0.08 - buggy on my AppleMac but not on his Windows computer. No idea about Linux.
BeeTLe BeTHLeHeM last visited a couple of months ago and
had been working on his newest version
Massively Locked left the community when his mother came down ill (he is caring for her)
Phkb has been immersed in sorting out other OXPs. He may eventually return to this one, but his attention is focused elsewhere at the moment.
To my mind, the great thing about
this OXP is that it tries to simulate real life on a station. But many of the posts on the bulletin board are duds. And there were supposed to be many more. And then the original LitF
was supposed to be woven into it.
