And you will be helping the games development as well. I now play only on 1.81.
There are however some things to be aware of (I'm sure there are more):Once you have a 1.81 save it won't work on 1.80
Some things don't work properly yet (e.g. cargo contracts)
Some things will break with a new update.
Potentially odd NPC behaviour can be observed with a new update.
Not all OXP's are fully compatible (some may never be)
