I suspect it’s something to do with being able to form a sphere with them. If you just used hexagons you’d either end up deforming some of the hexagons or not being able to get to a good spherical shape.

Not yet. Some changes are tied into the Dictators changes and I’ve got a couple more things I want to get into that one. I’ll see if I can finish some things off today and get a test release out these.

Better PM me a full copy of your log file after you've applied the new AstroFactory, the new Draven, and the new DeepSpaceDredger Facelift (should be in the expansion manager now).
