Me and EV are in PM discussion - it's changed its IP, username and email - usually within minutes of registering and being deleted - we're trying to formulate a more permanent removal technique. We're hoping this rapid mutation is not the shape of things to come...

Highly dubious ... no positive ID but the name fits the pattern of mauricevelas923 and some of the others Gimi tagged above. And I suspect it, and mauricevelas923, are both decloakers.
