On further investigation, the poster had a definite spammer e-mail address. Of course, if someone really had an activation problem they wouldn’t be able to post a message about it.

No hits on google (strange bit) except for on this board.

That's one reincarnation for "Megogigomaned" (back today, after deletion yesterday), and four for "IonIdsdrido" (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) ...

The 31 entries on SFS for "Megogigomaned" (up from 18 yesterday) all come from IP address 212.95.58.129 ...

Although the name "IonIdsdrido" only seems to appear on this forum, putting the url it's pumping into Google brings up a rash of other random-but-pronounceable names on a mass of widely various other forums.
