Oolite Bulletins

CAPTCHA is triggered after 3 wrong attempts. (Just tested in Chrome, where I don't have auto-login). Also deleted cookies, and that had no impact.

Good to see things have carried on as normal in my absence (and the amount of spam has continued to flow seemingly unabated).

It's been an interesting RL(tm) week, hence I've not been on the board at all, and might not be around much for a little while yet, but I'll be here first when I do...
