While I'm here. Why do the id numbers jump like that? Our 6 latest members (spammers all) have 35, 36, 38, 43, 47 & 48. Are the missing numbers in use by cloaked ones?

I can't ban the username of a deleted user. IPs and e-mails, yes, but not usernames.

No? Wasn't there a thing a while back (pre-v3) where someone sent out emails from an account called Administator-something or Developer-something, and Ahruman subsequently disabled all such official-looking usernames? Or is my memory acting up again?
