Yup, a quaternion was wrong: Wandering is normally in the x-y plane (2D). The up/down factor of the hills added the z- coordinate (3D) but we went wrong with the 180° rotation (4D) of the quaternion.Svengali wrote:You mean... QUATERNIONS? Giles help!Thargoid wrote:It depends which way you're facing

Mrs Murphy, tends to throw a strop if I spend too much time in front of the PC in the evenings, and I don't enjoy being Court Martialled.Sorry you can't make the live show but I am glad you are enjoying the shows via the playlists page It always nice to know.Capt. Very nice, and that's my early morning listening whilst coding/playing sorted for the time being...a good way to start the day.
Yeah... but Radio Sombrero does it best!SandJ wrote:Someone else's choice of music? Isn't that what every radio station does?
I have started doing that. (Done with Halloween special only so far and that is currently private). Now that I know someone else would be interested I will do the rest. The only issue with this is that I can't do it for shows number 6 and one of the tracks from Show 1 as they are non-Youtube shows/tracks.Mauiby de Fug wrote:I've been using that page too! Very useful, and a way to get the experience even though I usually can't make it for the live show. I occasionally wonder if it might be possible to make a YouTube playlist, so that I don't have to open each link individually, but to be honest, the current format works well enough!
Do you also find youself walking round opening and closing your first two fingers when looking for the scissors? Or pause half-way up the stairs and realise you can't remember what you were going for - nor whether you were going up or coming down?Talisker wrote:ObNothing: this morning I caught myself wandering around the house going, "scoop scoop scoop scoop".
Mrs Talisker was entirely nonplussed, and I don't think my explanation helped very much.
