Ah, halcyon days - now my all-nighters are restricted to soothing sickly children...

We have of course THIS. For comprehensiveness it requires the existence of a seperate Wiki page per OXP, however.
Yes, there are lots of OXPs without their own pages, with download links direct from the OXP tables. Keep thinking I ought to rescue the many OXPs that still are hosted on Oosat, as that site is seriously broken now, but I've not got the hosting space available (even with Box.net).

So I think halving the page is probably a step in the right direction. It also makes the background-colour-changing less tedious, especially if you add an OXP that starts with "A".
Worse is when the OXP is the in middle of the table. If it's near the start I just recolour backwards, recolourising the column headers if necessary.

I meant to say this a while ago, but it kept slipping my mind... If you join Google Docs, which is free, you can store up to 1GB of assorted files in your account, might be worth having a quick look... :)

Where have all the shipyards gone? (long time passing)? :)

Having been away for a year, following my initial 'road-to-damascus' discovery of Oolite, and the realisation that a game that was a massive part of my upbringing in the digital age had been given such a wonderful makeover, I have returned to what I love.

During this time I've gone up to Win7 (hence one part of the reason for the outage), and I've wanted to return my favourite ever game. But I now find that one of the 'new' expansions that I was so impressed with: Realistic Shipyards, is no longer available in the OXP section.

May I ask what has happened?
Apologies if this has been well covered elsewhere....I haven't found the reason as of yet from the searches I've tried.

Hey Jenner, welcome back .-)

Long story, short form. Lestradae has kicked RS in favour of Oolite Extended (a fork project).

One thing that you may find useful is that we now have much better search facilities for the BBS than the PHP-BB default search function. It's a browser plugin. See this thread.

Box is fine, or at least is for me.

The wiki is down though, as reported elsewhere. Hopefully it should be a shorter downtime than previously.

Me too! I tried deleting my box.net cookies, but this didn't help. I'm getting "the connection was reset" whenever I try to go to a box.net download.

Re Box.net
This is weird...I've just tried and it was OK to download and seemed happpy to log me in to upload (although I didn't do either).
It's been flaky for days...I had a real job uploading a few days ago.

Been trying to download the Contractor to no avail. Any chance you could host it direct on Smivs' Online?

This is a good idea. I'll set it up and do the same for the Boa Clipper while I'm at it.

All of my OXPs are now available directly from my website here.
