Easy enough to textedit my way to where I was before as regards to kills n cash. But it took me months to tweak the game to just right for me. Now I cant even remember what my fav OXPs were.
If it's on a Windows machine, just copy the folder from your laptop HD onto your USB key, then it'll run straight away from there without issue. Only difference may be shaders and such skyCandy, if the machine you run on from the key has better or worse capabilities than the previous one.
Done that way you should get a complete replication of your game experience aside from the noted caveat.
