Seconded. It does seem an odd omission and would be very useful.

Well, there's the "poor boy" solution of printing out a chart for the section of space you're in and marking it up to plan routes and remind yourself of good routes you've found. I keep a clipboard hanging nearby with a bunch of hardcopy charts on it as well as other things like stats on some ships and of course the "Oolite Reference sheets" (though I don't fill out the log sheets. ).

I've thought that what might be nice is a little binder and laminate the star chart for the sections you travel a lot in, so dry erase markers could be used to mark routes. But hey, a paper chart of the Teonan Web or the Courts of Chaos covered with one's notes and assorted cryptic scribbles just feels right to me somehow. LOL

I would like to be able to save the route wich the ANA calculated. Say I calculated a route fram A to B for instance over a length of 25 jumps it would be very nice to save that particular route so that I would be able to click to the next planet when docked. I find it time consuming to always have to recalculate the same route WE are working with computers so it would not be so difficult to save some things wich are already there? this is something I would appreciate very much!

We have the Flight Log OXP... Maybe something similar that dumps you the route like Zaonce-Lave-sth else-.... etc. like the Flight Log does?
