I know zilch about carriers… as for Furball, it's triggered by a station approach, or a launch of any sort, even from a rock hermit.
That’s just the way the oxp is... if/when Caracal reappears, maybe he'll fix it.
It’s one of the nice things about Furball… as with the Spanish Inquisition, no-one expects it.
