There should be boxes towards the bottom of the profile, visible to the admin, that allow them to select 'active'. There may be differences in this particular BB; I've only worked on a couple of BBs, but they were quite similar.

I reset the membership to Active for 'Star Gazer' and updated the email to the gmail address, try logging in again, SG.
