Isn't that ancient Greek, Epimenides ? "I am Cretan. All Cretans always lie about everything."

Not everything good is from Bradbury.

Certainly is... 'all Cretans are liars' was my sig for a while when I first joined the forum.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

But surely one of the mentioned guys may have used it as a plot point.

By the way: You may formulate it without a reference to "everything":

Statement 1: The following statement is false.
Statement 2: The previous statement is true.

Actually, this is entirely different. Unlike the “liar’s paradox”, it’s an actual paradox. (The liar’s paradox is easily resolved by noting that the speaker, like most people, might lie only some of the time.)

I've gotten settled into this game quite well. I'm using an Xbox 360 controller to fly around, and no function goes unmapped.

So far I've racked up 30 Kills (Poor), done trading, gotten some good dogfighting skills, and all the other useful stuff. (Except for Nav Comp, Heat Shields, Passenger bays and all that other not-useful-for-killing-things crap.)

So far, I'm settling in as a Fighter/Trader, with more kick on the Fighter side of things. 10 kilos of Platinum pays for itself as a reward from a run in with Fugitives and Offenders.
I like this game, a lot!
