Mythical Next Stable Release.

Oops, sorry about that. The 'Mythical' and the acronym kind of evolved from the fact that we've been getting Oolite ready for the next stable release for a while, and we haven't got quite there yet, despite the numerous improvements we've already made.
The job kind of grew as we were working on it.... For a recent example of what I mean, see the recent discussion about turrets!
