I've been playtesting with the fines messages displaying for 6, 9 & 12 seconds, 9 seems to be 'just right' to begin with, but distracted Jamesons might not notice that at all.
As well as a longer display time, all fines messages will be added to the message log. No more excuses for ADD pilots now.
Anyway: nice one Eric, your report screen improvements are just the bee's knees!
