This game really is addictive ... has brought me off Eve and the X series, and has made me actually produce something gamey instead of just consuming it.

Well Done - we are indeed a small (exclusive) group!

The game isn't as addictive as the forum! (or indeed writing background stuff for the game! I've never stayed up to 2am playing the game, but seem to do it regularly writing about the Ooniverse in which it exists)

Funny thing is, I have probably spent more time with oxp-creation than playing. That is unique for me.

I still have spent about 13 or 14 ingame years in Oolite, mind you, my rank is still "just" 3700+ and therefore "only" * Deadly * ...

On to the next 2000!
