Thats sounds like it! The Random Hits script checks if you are a criminal and if so you are ejected from the establishment (the bouncers can be a little rough on your ship in the process) and then once you have seen the text telling you this and pressed enter (a single choice mission choices) you are duly ejected with a launchFromStation. Had you not been an offender and booted out the Script would go on to show the BB in the usual way. But you where so it didn't! The check for criminality is done first, so if you are clean you go straight to the BB. If not you get kicked out before the Script reaches the commands that display the BB to clean players.
